V-Hawks Fall to Titans on the Road, led by Adams
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The V-Hawks men traveled east to Indiana South Bend on Wednesday afternoon for another CCAC matchup. After two halves of competition, the V-Hawks fell to the Titans in a hard-fought second half 74-72. Their loss drops them to 3-10 overall and 1-6 in conference competition. The Titans improve to 11-4 overall and 6-1 in CCAC matches.
Offensively, Colin Adams went off. Adams dropped in 23 points, going 11-17 from the field. Adams also led the team defensively with seven rebounds and picking up the only block of the game for the V-Hawks. Landon Thousand earned double-digit points as well with 13, while Jack Hennessy came in and scored 12 points off the bench for the V-Hawks. Braden Crubel added six rebounds to the V-Hawks effort, and Landon Thousand led the way in assists with seven.
