Bio

Roberto Yepez is entering his third season in 2025 as the head coach of the Viterbo Men's Soccer Program. During his time at Viterbo, Yepez has coached one CCAC Defensive Player of the Year and seven All-Conference honorees. 

Roberto Yepez joined Viterbo in March of 2023. 

Prior to Viterbo, Yepez was an assistant coach for Point University (Ga.) in 2022 and for Lincoln College (Ill.) from 2019-2022. The Lynx went 32-15-4 under Yepez, and made their first-ever appearance in the NAIA National Tournament. From the 2017-2023, he was the President of FC Diablos, as well as Head Coach in 2022. His other coaching experiences include Illinois Fire Juniors 05 Boy's Head Coach (2020-2021), Lincoln FC HS Boy's Head Coach (2016-2019), and Bloomington High School Assistant Coach (2015-2016).

Yepez played for his Alma Mater, Lincoln College, from 2015-19. He was Alliance of Independent Institutions (AII) All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2015, as well as team Midfielder of the Year, and team Defender of the Year in 2016. He graduated from Lincoln in 2019 with a BA in Business Administration. Yepez also competed in the Professional Soccer Alliance with the Baltimore Kings.
