• Set school record in shot put with a distance of 12.93m at the Ripon College Red Hawk Invite

2023 Outdoor

• NSAA All-Conference in javelin throw 
• Had a personal-best javelin throw of 52.51m at the Norse Invite receiving second place 
• Threw 36.48m for a personal-best in the discus throw at the Phil Esten Challenge along with received second place in the javelin throw 
• Placed second at Dubuque Relays in javelin throw 
• Placed first in the javelin throw with a distance of 47.30m at the Meet of UnSaintly  

• Participated in seven meets 
• Threw a personal-best 12.42m in the shotput at the Red Hawk Invite
