Double Threat: McCabe Defender of the Week

CHICAGO, Ill. – The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) has announced the 4th edition of their Women's Volleyball Players of the Week, and Viterbo's Kenidi McCabe has been selected as the conference Defender of the Week. This is her second time earning the award this season.

 

McCabe, a Decorah, Iowa Native, recorded 82 digs and 121 receptions with four errors (96.8%) for the V-Hawks as they were on the road at the SAU Invitational this past weekend. The Park College Pirates felt the heat as McCabe took 23 digs for the V-Hawks, averaging 4.9 digs per set. On the weekend she also produced two service aces and a kill.

McCabe and the V-Hawks will take to the court Saturday September 21 as they host Indiana South Bend on Alumni day.
